How the Customer Portal Works

Browse products, choose the available packaging options, enter quantities, add items to your cart, review your order, and submit it for processing.

Yes. Use saved cart drafts to save your current cart and return to it later. This is helpful for larger orders or when you need to review quantities before submitting.

Yes. Open Order History, select a previous order, and choose to either add those items to your current cart or replace your cart with that order. Current product pricing is used when items are added back to the cart.

If you are unsure whether a product is available, you can submit it as an availability request. Our team will review the request and confirm availability before final processing.

Go to My Profile to review or update your contact information, billing address, shipping address, and communication preferences.

First-time orders are prepaid unless credit terms have already been approved. Customers who want credit terms should complete the New Customer Form and Credit Application.

Approved customers may receive Net 30 credit terms after review. Accounts not paid within the approved terms may be placed back on C.O.D. status.

Free delivery may be available based on distance and order minimums. Pickup orders do not have a minimum. Pickup requests usually require advance notice, and delivery orders should be placed ahead of the requested delivery date.

Please check the order immediately. Verify quantities, inspect for damage, and report any missing or damaged products as soon as possible.

Returns may be limited for seasonal, holiday, perishable, closeout, opened, used, or non-resalable products. Please contact PFI as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

Yes. Prices may change without notice due to market conditions, supplier changes, tariffs, duties, regulations, currency changes, or other cost changes.
